Booking and Cancellation Policy

Guest Policy

  1. Guests below 18 years of age are not allowed at the property without parents/guardian.
  2. Valid Govt. ID is compulsory as ID proof(s). Non-Govt IDs are not accepted as ID proof(s).
  3. Smoking within the premises is not allowed.

Payment Policy

  1. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, NEFT/RTGS Bank Transfers, UPI and Cash for payment.
  2. Full payment (Room Rate + Tax) for the entire stay shall be collected prior to check-in.
  3. All guests are required to settle all pending charges upon check-out.
  4. The Hotel does not guarantee a late check-out. Please contact our Front Desk on the day of departure for late checkout, subject to availability.
  5. Certain plans are non-refundable. Please check carefully when confirming your reservations. No exceptions can be made for non-refundable bookings.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy shall vary depending on the portal or mode of booking for the reservation. For direct reservations, 100% refund will be made on all cancellations received 7 days prior to check-in time and date. In case of cancellations prior to 72 hours before check-in time and date, 50% refund shall be availed. Any cancellation made within 72 hours of check-in will incur 100% cancellation charges. The cancellation charges shall be applicable for the entire reservation.

Refund Process

Refunds are typically processed within 1 - 2 Weeks. Refunds will be processed after receiving approval.
